Do you need to resend an email to everyone on your team? If you have sent an email in the past and need to send it again, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your organization's home page - [Organization]
  2. Click on EMAIL in the main menu.
  3. Under the Reports section on the left-hand side of the screen, click on Email Reporting.
  4. Here, you'll see a list of sent emails. Locate the email you would like to resend.
  5. Click on the four green lines icon under Actions on the right-hand side of the screen.
  6. On the Detailed Report page, scroll down to see a list of recipients.
    • You'll be able to see who's opened the email and who hasn't, or if the initial delivery failed.
  7. Under Actions on the right-hand side, click the left arrow to Resend Email to each email address you need to resend it to.
